The
basic function of the HCCNVA
is to promote advancement
and development of trade,
commerce and industry of its
members in Northern Virginia
while representing their
views to Local, State and
Federal governments. In the
future, it will foster and
encourage trade missions to
other states and foreign
countries, with an emphasis
in the Hispanic business
world. The HCCNVA will also
disseminate information
through its website,
newsletter, memorandum of
understanding with national
and foreign chambers of
commerce, and through the
preparation of position
papers, fact sheets, surveys
and research.
